Are you ready to have the summer of a lifetime? Little Legends Learning Center, Inc. hosts a summer camp program in Champaign, IL, and we're looking for an enthusiastic person to join us as a full-time Lead Summer Camp Teacher!
This isn't your average seasonal teaching job - it's an opportunity to make magical memories, unleash your creativity, and guide the lives of six- to twelve-year-olds. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 21 years old
- Ability to create lesson plans for school-age children
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to drive our small 12-passenger bus
- Willingness to obtain a physical and TB test before employment start date
You also need to meet at least one of these criteria:
- 60 hours of college credit with 6 hours in early childhood education or child development
- 30 hours of college credit with 6 hours in early childhood education or child development AND 1 years of experience in a licensed daycare
- Ability to obtain a CDA certificate
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
This teaching position starts working Thursday, May 23rd (or sooner if you're available). Our summer camp begins Tuesday, May 28th and runs for 11 weeks until Friday, August 9th. We need someone who can work through the whole program.
