*Duties*
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing goals.
- Oversee the assembly line processes, ensuring that all products are assembled accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve production methods and implement best practices.
- Train, mentor, and manage production staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, including power tools and hand tools, to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies necessary for production.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations within the factory environment.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly and fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with operating hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Experience managing an assembly line is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
