We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Director to lead our brand growth, drive enrollment marketing, and strengthen our presence in local communities. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing digital and traditional campaigns, and ensuring that we continue to be the top choice for early childhood education in our award-winning early education and child care in the Northeast US MA, NH, CT and VT.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and enrollment growth across all locations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and digital platforms.
- Analyze industry trends, parent behaviors, and competitor strategies to refine our positioning.
- Partner with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that increase inquiries and enrollments.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to attract new families.
- Develop community-based marketing initiatives, including partnerships with local businesses, events, and referral programs.
- Lead the development of compelling content, including blogs, social media, videos, and testimonials, to showcase the impact of Centers.
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and optimized for conversions.
- Oversee social media strategy, engagement, and paid advertising efforts to build a strong online presence.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with center directors and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with enrollment goals.
- Manage external vendors and agencies, including graphic designers, PR firms, and digital marketing consultants.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, using data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness and key performance indicators.
- 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in education, childcare, retail or multi-location service industries.
- Proven success in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand building.
- Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, PPC advertising, and content marketing.
- Is able to work at least a full-time, 40-hour a week schedule, sometimes off-hours as the business requires (i.e., deadlines, networking events, conferences, business dinners, etc.).
- Is able to sit for long periods of time at a computer in a primarily sedentary position; manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Travel may be required (less than 20% of time);
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
