JOB REQUIREMENTS
LiUNA! is currently seeking experienced General Laborers to join us in working in Chase City, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in construction with concrete. To include but not limited to the following experience:
You will be responsible for designing and building forms, pouring concrete, and spreading and smoothing concrete with various relevant tools.
Must be able to mix, pour, and spread concrete, as concrete contains a mixture of materials that must be put together in the right proportions.
You will be working mainly with concrete, molding it into any shape when it is newly mixed before it becomes hard and durable when it dries.
Must be able to follow proper directions to mix and make concrete and also put it precisely where it has to go in conformity with project specifications.
Must have knowledge with the responsibility of ensuring that the right consistency of concrete is poured into structures that are present in the most appropriate and precise manner. Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
Will be responsible for carrying out several tasks on construction sites which may include transporting materials by loading and unloading supplies and work tools to and from trucks and the site and ensuring that objects are precisely where they need to be.
