Who We Are:
The Live Unreal Family of Companies is the parent company of a multitude of KW market centers and other real estate related organizations. You will primarily be working on the Glover Agency and Glover U brands, but are expected to help with the other brands when necessary.
Glover Agency is the top real estate team in Michigan, known for our exceptional service, deep market knowledge, and innovative approach to connecting with clients. With a goal to dominate social media and become the go-to resource for Metro Detroit real estate, we need a talented individual to bring our brand to life online. You'll be tasked with building the brand of the company and the brands of the agents within it.

What You'll Do:
Videography & Content Creation:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including property tours, client testimonials, community highlights, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that resonate with current trends.
- Enhance storytelling with eye-catching visuals, impactful design, and graphics.
Social Media Management:
- Strategize, plan, and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Post consistently with compelling captions, hashtags, and strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to refine content and optimize performance.
Brand Growth:
- Develop creative campaigns that showcase the brand's personality and highlight its unique value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media tools to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the team to align content with business goals and market strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social media management.
- Proven experience in graphic design, photography and photo editing.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement.
- Excellent grammar and strong copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into viral content.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in creative field.
