Secretaries for landscaping companies are no different from those in other fields. Looking for a skilled typists, as well as professional, courteous and organized. Have a basic understanding of grammar, math and computers.

Duties:

  • Answer phones and collect necessary information
  • Relay messages or concerns to the appropriate manager
  • Explain accurately what is included in services offered
  • Answer service questions and handle customer concerns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
  • Work with the management team on any issues that arise in a timely fashion
  • Represent the company in a positive manner and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Skills:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Computer Knowledge/Experience required
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly demeanor on the phone
  • Ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

  • Sacramento, CA 95835 (Required)

Work Location: In person
