Duties:
- Answer phones and collect necessary information
- Relay messages or concerns to the appropriate manager
- Explain accurately what is included in services offered
- Answer service questions and handle customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
- Work with the management team on any issues that arise in a timely fashion
- Represent the company in a positive manner and maintain customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Skills:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Computer Knowledge/Experience required
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly demeanor on the phone
- Ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
