As a Shared Living Provider, you will create a supportive home environment for an individual, promoting their independence and community involvement. What to Expect:
- Careful Matching: We'll work with you to find an individual who is a good fit for your home and lifestyle.
- Personalized Support: Each arrangement is tailored to the individual's needs, personality, and goals.
- Community Integration: The individual will have their own room and be included in family activities.
- Dedicated Support: A Community Living Coordinator will provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Compensation: Receive a daily stipend (tax-exempt) and monthly room and board payments.
- Training: You'll receive training as a Direct Support Professional, First Aid certification, and any additional training needed.
Requirements:
- Must pass background checks.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have an available bedroom.
- Valid state issued driver’s license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
- Wheelchair accessibility is a plus
