IT Compliance Coordinator

Senior Living Residences (SLR) is seeking a dedicated Compliance Coordinator to join our team, responsible for ensuring smooth operations and compliance across our user management, cybersecurity, and IT processes. This role supports SLR’s technology landscape by coordinating essential user access, onboarding/offboarding, cybersecurity training, and assisting with IT process improvements to foster a compliant, efficient, and secure environment. The Compliance Coordinator will work closely with our managed service provider (MSP), and collaborate across departments to support our associates' technological needs.
User Management
Manage User Access: Oversee user access to key software systems for EHR, CRM, HRIS, et al. ensuring strict adherence to access control rules and policies.
Onboard and Offboard Support: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks for all associates by monitoring ticket status, documentation accuracy, and timely completion by SLR and MSP team members.
Documentation Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of user management activities and support inquiries within our ticket management system.
Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity Education Program: Coordinate our cybersecurity education initiatives, including monthly training, annual user awareness training, and phishing simulations.
Training Material Support: Assist in procuring or creating training materials and manage program administration, reporting, and remediation training as assigned.
New Software Implementation
Assist with New System Rollouts: Support the technical launch of new software, coordinating user access training, developing access policies, and facilitating community rollouts.
Project Participation: Join launch meetings and coordinate with project teams as assigned to ensure seamless onboarding and user transition to new software systems.
Process Improvement
Identify Efficiency Opportunities: Regularly meet with MSP’s Help Desk Manager to explore automation and efficiency improvements in account reconciliation and user management processes.
Collaborate on MSP Reviews: Participate in weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with Focus to assess performance and identify areas for operational enhancement.
Administrative Tasks
Audit Compliance: Conduct monthly audits of software licenses across all systems (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Datto) to ensure accuracy and adherence to access and retention standards.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with software vendors to resolve licensing discrepancies and participate in regular vendor meetings to optimize system usage.
Reporting & IT Project Support: Provide timely reporting as required and assist with IT-related projects; occasional travel may be necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Compliance, Cybersecurity) or equivalent work experience; Experience in IT compliance, user management, or support role preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with user management tools, cybersecurity practices, and experience coordinating with managed service providers (MSPs). Proficiency in software like Yardi, Paycom, Zoom, and similar platforms is beneficial.
Knowledge of Security and Privacy Regulations: Basic understanding of security principles and privacy regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure compliance and safeguard sensitive information.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to compliance and process improvement. Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring secure, efficient user management and access.

Salary : $54,000 - $80,000
