Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Coordinator with a strong design background to join our team. In this role, you’ll work 20 hours per week to manage and elevate the social media presence of our agents and firm. You’ll play a key role in creating eye-catching, on-brand content that drives engagement, builds our audience, and supports our agents' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and create compelling graphics, videos, and other visual content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish posts across multiple social media accounts.
- Brand Development: Ensure all content aligns with the firm's branding and messaging guidelines.
- Agent Support: Collaborate with agents to understand their needs and help create content that highlights their listings, accomplishments, events and expertise.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the real estate or professional services industry.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), or similar.
- Ability to create and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and experience interpreting data to optimize performance.
- Creativity and a proactive approach to solving challenges and seizing opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Richmond real estate market.
