Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content across many different social media platforms, working on existing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content for a social media platform, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to run a successful social media campaign.
Responsibilities
Create content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formats
Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
Work closely with the rest of the sales team and studio manager to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms
Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
Manage and maintain a living social media calendar
Work closely with sales teams and studio managers as needed to ensure brand consistency
Create weekly and monthly reports that shows the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns
Cost management and details expense reports for every campaign to be provided weekly and monthly
Add leads from the social media platforms lead management to the CRM system used by our studios (DAILY)
Create automation for lead management for studios for effective handover of details to studio managers and sales team
Work closely with Studio Managers, which will require travel between ShortPump and Midlothian StretchLab location will be required.
Qualifications
Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends
Familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule : 3 days minimum in the studios
Before Interview Resume needs to have all successful campaign details done by the candidate in the past which showcases capability of the person for this position. And also verification of some method, to match the social media campaigns with the candidate applying for the job. This is must.
