Summary: LJA is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team, facilitating the entire life cycle of recruiting for our growing organization. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing recruiting strategies that focus on data analytics, diversity, quality, and productivity. As a key leader, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals and the delivery of an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
General Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process that aligns with the organization's hiring strategy in compliance with company hiring policies.
- Develop, implement, and manage candidate generation activities to fulfill evolving headcount needs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop recruiting team to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
- Establish an effective framework to support and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Actively seek to diversify talent and deepen company culture.
- Collaborate with business to establish our employer brand in recruitment markets.
- Manage and evolve Digital systems usage to support recruitment activities: UKG, really, LinkedIn, Salesforce, etc.
- Manage Third Party Recruiter relationships.
- Establish and evolve sourcing methodology to grow internal sourcing capacity.
- Continuously seek to improve the recruitment process to meet the needs of the evolving business.
- Up to 25% Travel required for networking, relationship building and sourcing opportunities.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources)
Required Experience:
- 8-10 years’ experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with a collaborative and strategic mindset.
- Self-starter, able to display a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with recruiting software is preferred.
