What are the responsibilities and job description for the The Lineage Foundation Program Coordinator position at LLL Lineage Logistics, LLC?

The Lineage Foundation Program Coordinator will play a support role in the day-to-day operations of the Foundation and its programming. This role is expected to function, in support of the Lineage Foundation team with a focus on team member engagement, annualized campaigns for volunteerism and community service, and data management and analytics. This role will also assist in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our partner and donor data and work closely with the cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills are required. Experience: • 0-3 years in employee volunteer programs, volunteer management, non-profit partner relationships, project management, data analytics, relational databases and/or related business experiences • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Services, Education, Business, and/or related business experience with fundraising relational databases and knowledge of querying tools and/or statistical software may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education requirement. Responsibilities: • In collaboration with leadership, support the day-to-day operations of the Lineage Foundation for Good, including: • Support partnership data management system and processes. • Support the organization, coordination, and management of volunteer and community service efforts for the company. • Support the development and implementation of training programs for volunteers. • Support the team of regional leaders that serve as liaisons to the Foundation to engage Lineage employees by creating and communicating goals and objectives. • Support the preparation for the Foundation Board and committee meetings, activities, logistics, materials, and presentations. • Support the development materials and communications for annualized campaigns and events. • Maintain, manage, and monitor software systems including databases, online registration, and resources web pages. • Support the management and maintenance of electronic departmental files, records, and correspondence. Skills Needed: • Knowledge of corporate foundation and/or corporate social impact and funding strategies and services such as grant making, fundraising, major/planned giving, capital campaigns, social media and other web-based development, and annual giving campaigns. Familiarity with the tools associated with these strategies. • Exceptional oral communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. • Demonstrated ability to deal professionally with persons at all levels on a one-to-one basis. • Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge through training, technical assistance, consultation, and distance learning venues. • Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite competency in all programs. Experience with training via web conferencing programs for distance learning. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide array of team members from different departments levels within the organization. • Strong organizational skills and time management to manage multiple assignments.
