Responsibilities
- Administrative support to all divisions
- Data Entry
- Customer Follow-Up
- Vendor Follow-Up
- Answering Incoming calls
- Greet incoming customers / vendors / patrons
- Schedule appointments
- Filing, Copying, Scanning, etc.
- Collect and submit payroll to GM weekly
- Maintain cleanliness in front office space
- Oversee boat slip rentals
- Book reservations in Lightspeed
- Process contracts
- Follow-Ups
- Maintain current "available slips" listings
- Pursue customer leads for a slip
- Process and oversee all paperwork requirements
- Enter ESM digital files into MarinaGo
- Some QuickBooks entries
Requirements
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
