- Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.

- Proficient in office administration with strong organizational skills.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
