The TRC Invoice & Contract Coordinator will assist the Technician Resource Center and the Accounting Department with receiving and processing labor invoices for Show Services and Touring.
Essential functions may include, but are not limited to :
- Act as the company’s contracting agent for Freelance Contract Labor. Negotiate rates and terms as needed following LMG’s standard guidelines and practices
- Receive and process labor invoices in a timely manner
- Assist with any challenges within the full invoice cycle
- Maintain internal databases ensuring contractor COIs, billing terms and rate sheets are all current
- Assist with invoice accuracy conflicts and initiate contact with contractors to resolve those conflicts
- Interact with the Accounting and Account Executive teams to provide clarity on any invoice related items
- Oversee monthly accruing cycles while accounting for fully estimated project labor cost
- General understanding of California Labor Laws
Base Salary Range : $ - $ This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
