As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to help build and amplify our brand across key channels and strategic partnerships.

Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be a key player in driving brand growth and awareness by leading efforts in Brand Partnerships & Partner Outreach, Affiliate Marketing, and Influencer Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and nurturing relationships, creating innovative partnerships and campaigns, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Partnerships & Partner Outreach:
    • Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., academic institutions, corporations, non-profits, etc.) to build key relationships that drive awareness and revenue growth.
    • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships with like-minded brands to create co-branded campaigns, activations, events, and new product launches. 
    • Manage the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
    • Foster and maintain strong, consistent relationships with external partners to ensure mutual success.
    • Explore future potential partnerships that align with Lo & Sons’ values and target audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • Affiliate Marketing:
    • Manage the PR affiliate marketing program, maintaining regular correspondence with existing writer, journalist, and editor partners, nurturing relationships, recruiting new affiliates, and optimizing performance.
    • Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencer affiliates to develop creative assets and promotional strategies to drive growth via direct-to-consumer and Amazon. 
    • Analyze affiliate channel performance and provide regular reporting with actionable insights.
  • Influencer Marketing:
    • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product consideration.
    • Identify, vet, and build relationships with key influencers who are Lo & Sons brand advocates and align with the brand ethos and audience.
    • Track and measure the impact of influencer campaigns to ensure ROI.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
    • Work closely with broader marketing (social, email, paid, etc.) and creative teams to ensure alignment across all campaigns and initiatives.
    • Support broader e-commerce and cross-channel marketing initiatives as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and social media. 
    • Proven track record of building and executing successful brand partnerships, affiliate relationships, and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
    • Deep understanding of media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
    • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools such as Ascend / PepperJam, LTK, ShopMy, etc. 
    • Experience with social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.
    • Passion for travel, fashion, and style is a plus.
