Lifeguard Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons while providing excellent guest services. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring pool activities, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies. A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment is essential.

Duties

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations effectively.
• Provide immediate assistance in case of emergencies, including performing CPR and first aid as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests to provide information and enhance their experience at the facility.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for equipment or maintenance tasks.
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certifications and improve skills.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard certification is required.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is essential.
• Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively.
• Experience in guest services is preferred, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance practices is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for equipment handling or maintenance tasks.
• Must be attentive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
