We have a full time position at an injection-plastics molding and tooling facility in Addison, Illinois. This manufacturing company is looking for a person to assist in all areas involving the front office and and documentation of the facility and toolroom.
Duties include General Office areas, especially including Accounts Payable processing, coordination of paperwork involved with purchasing, insurance documentation, employee hour tracking, Human Resources, office supplies, telephone answering, call routing, and everything else involved in the front office.
Computer and software skills are a plus, especially with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, plus an integrated software program (IQMS) involving all aspects of manufacturing, and QuickBooks.
This person will be assisting the controller by helping with general accounting also. Skills and experience in this area would be helpful. The job has a lot of variety to it so we’re looking for someone excellent at multi-tasking and keeping accurate records.
Hours are normally 8:30 until 4:30 but are somewhat flexible, and pay will be based on skills and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
