Are you ready to invent the future? The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Project Controls to be a part of a team that will carry on our tradition making history in advanced systems development. Be a player in the development of world changing technology.

Prepares and coordinates the modeling and re-engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs and supports the integration of the Integrated Master Plan into the Integrated Master Schedule. Establishes and coordinates business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives. Utilizing applicable project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Implement, maintain and manage planning products in support of planning processes. Perform independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Conduct data and process quality assessments of planning products and prepare for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management. Maintains and coordinates vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the Integrated Master Schedule, and the Program Summary Master Schedule.

****Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.***

***Must obtain a Secret Clearance as part of employment, but no clearance is required to start.***

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business, Program/Project Management, or related discipline

• Experience with scheduling development or planning

• Customer service experience.
Desired Skills:
• EVMS or experience as a CAM

• Active Secret security clearance.

• Experience analyzing data.

• Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project.

• Customer service experience.

• Presentation experience.

• Familiarity with formulas and macros in excel.
