A corrections facility seeks an Internal Medicine Physician Associate for locum tenens coverage. Autonomous Role
The position is designed for a nurse practitioner with a valid Virginia license and DEA certification. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts.
No call is required. The provider will see approximately 1820 adult patients per day, supported by RNs and LPNs. Clinic Setup: Primarily paper charting, prescriptions managed through the Sapphire system.
Credentialing Process: Approximately two weeks.
