Responsibilities
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Utilize Open Dental software for patient scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting
- Oversee healthcare management processes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain and organize medical records efficiently
- Implement fiscal management practices to optimize clinic operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a dental clinic setting
- Proficiency in Open Dental software is highly desirable
- Strong financial management skills with a focus on budgeting and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare management practices and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to effectively manage office staff and workflow to ensure efficiency
