- Develop and implement care plans that align with patients' nutritional requirements.
- Oversee budgeting for the dietary department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess the effectiveness of dietary interventions.
- Provide health coaching to patients regarding their nutritional choices and lifestyle modifications.
- Manage tube feeding protocols for patients requiring specialized nutrition support.
Requirements
- Certification as a Dietary Manager or equivalent qualification is required.
