Loewe is seeking a Client Advisor, Visual Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for building the client relationships within the luxury market, while achieving goals through our company values.
As a Client Advisor, Visual Expert you are responsible not only for meeting your individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals but also for maintaining the visual standards of the store. Responsibilities will include partnering with the VM corporate team to facilitate and execute floor changes, overseeing the implementation and adherence of VM standards within Copley Place, and directly managing immediate VM needs throughout the business day.
Responsibilities:
- Meet individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals;
- Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers;
- Support sales staff when merchandise is needed that is in stock but not on the sales floor;
- Effectively engaged at all times with a “team selling” mentality
- Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the goal of growing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction;
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures;
- Facilitate and develop lasting relationships with clients to increase client retention;
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes;
- Develop and maintain a client book to better assist growing an engaged clientele;
- Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clients;
- Assist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the selling space;
- Actively participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell through;
- Support shipping and receiving and inventory control as requested;
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized fashion;
- Partner with Management for replenishment on sold out styles, collection feedback, and product performance
In addition to the above:
- Liaison with the Visual Merchandising team to follow the VM guidelines sent globally and ensure the accurate representation in the store
- Support the North America structure providing coaching, training and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge, visual execution and standards in the market
- Work with specific store merchandising, looking for opportunities and having the ability to adapt the VM based on the store’s requirements and architecture, considering the regions need and the market and business trends
- VM support for instore events, windows, special projects, pop up’s, installations, etc
- Biweekly reporting to the line manager and VM team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year experience in retail, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Customer centric
- Self-motivated and driven for results
- Solid experience in crafting windows, interior displays and space utilization
- Proven work experience as visual merchandiser
- Eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate eloquently with third parties
- Proven track record to lead and prioritize projects
- Flexible, good communicator with strong organizational skills
- Computers skills: office package and mac
- Bilingual English/Spanish (and/or French), a plus but not required
