Overview:
Logical Net is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance our marketing, sales, and business development initiatives. This role involves executing marketing strategies, managing digital and print campaigns, coordinating events, and assisting with content creation to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the development, execution, and reporting of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Track and report on campaign performance, lead generation efforts, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and dashboards for strategic planning.
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Content Creation & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and manage content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
- Assist in writing and distributing press releases, company announcements, and promotional materials.
- Oversee website content updates, optimize for SEO, and monitor digital analytics.
- Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor trends.
- Execute and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase engagement.
- Track and optimize digital advertising efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, PPC).
Event Planning & Brand Management:
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and company events.
- Handle event promotions, sponsorships, and follow-up communications.
- Represent Logical Net at networking events, industry expos, and media functions.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials, both digital and print.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, testimonials, and reputation management.
Sales & Partner Marketing Support:
- Assist in creating sales collateral, proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners on co-marketing initiatives.
- Utilize MDF (Marketing Development Funds) for joint campaigns and sponsorship opportunities.
- Support public relations efforts and coordinate media outreach.
Market Research & Performance Tracking:
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
- Track KPIs such as website traffic, lead conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to measure effectiveness.
- Compile reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies.
General Administrative & Office Support:
- Assist with office operations, including data entry, mail handling, and document organization.
- Support company-wide communications and internal engagement initiatives.
- Organize internal company events and social activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to represent Logical Net at events, trade shows, and media engagements.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Working knowledge of basic business applications and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns.
- Background in web page development, graphic design, or content creation is a plus.
- Ability to provide insights on previous marketing campaigns and demonstrate strategic thinking.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing, event coordination, or content creation is a plus.
- Proficient productivity software (Microsoft Office & Adobe SEO Tool).
- Understanding I-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and data analytics for optimizing digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Understanding of AI applications in marketing, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, personalized content recommendations, and social media automation is a plus.
