We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing innovative campaigns and designing engaging visual content. Utilizing your professional data analytics and process management experience to drive marketing improvements, align marketing initiatives with business objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to learn about both marketing strategies and design principles while contributing to our brand’s success. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong focus on processes and data reporting, especially with multiplatform and multimedia experience, strategic problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
What you’ll do:
Marketing Support:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Help manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
Collaborate on the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Design Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Create visual landscape designs for client presentation.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Edit and retouch images as needed for various marketing platforms.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain an organized digital asset library for images and design files.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Assist with event planning and logistics for promotional activities.
Support the marketing team by optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of automated marketing processes, technology, and metrics.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to inform strategic decisions
Collect data, analyze, and streamline processes for Google Ads, SEO, sales funnel, and
other advertising platforms for marketing department goals
Assist with managing and implementing improvements, including running ad
experiments
Demonstrate the value of marketing efforts with regular reporting
Who you are:
Experience with marketing, analytics, and automation in multi-platforms.
Experience with automation setup in Meta, Google Ads, and additional platforms
Advanced knowledge of SEO, Email Marketing, Marketing Research, and Google Ads
Proven experience in content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing,
copywriting, advertising, market research, or related areas
A strong background in data analytics, data management, and reporting
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
Skilled at conducting marketing research and the ability to present and explain data
Skilled in critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving
Highly developed organizational and project management skills to manage simultaneous tasks and multiple deadlines
Skilled at developing effective working relationships at all levels in the organization
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment -Video/photography experience necessary
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other programs)
Nice-to-have experience:
2 years experience in Marketing
Experience with Google Analytics and SEMrush
Experience with Meta
Google Data Analytics Certification
Experience in Microsoft SharePoint and the ability to design, organize, and manage the Marketing site
