Login VSI is hiring a Senior Services Engineer. The Senior Services Engineer is responsible for designing and helping the current customers implement Login Enterprise solution within their environment. In this role you will be responsible for setting an example in the delivery of our services to your colleagues. This person needs to be invested in helping customers get immediate results. This position is the driving force behind the success of our customers through delivery of services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engage in architecture discussions with customers. Helping customers to design the solution for their environment
- Assisting customers with deployment and configuration of software in their environment. Overcoming environmental requirements to deliver solution in a timely manner
- Organizing workshops for (potential) customers
- Assisting colleagues with answering questions from our customers as an escalation point
- Working closely with the Pre-Sales Engineering, Product and Support teams to make sure the customer is provided with the best solution
- Sharing feature requests with the Product team
- From time to time assisting customers with Proof of Concepts (POCs) and initial testing of products
- Keeping up-to-date with the newest technologies in the field
- Infrequent travelling to visit prospects, customers and events

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (preferred but not required)
- Preferably at least 3-5 years of working experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer in EUC/desktop virtualization
- Technical expertise in the EUC space with, Citrix, VMware (EUC) or Microsoft AVD experience preferred
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure architecture, operating systems and applications
- Experience working in enterprise environments and familiarity with typical enterprise security requirements and tools
- Must have basic PowerShell scripting skills, with moderate to high skilled candidates preferred
- Some light coding experience (not scripting) is a plus, but not required
- History of public speaking or unique published technical content is preferred
- History of managing POC or Direct Implementation projects
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for work
