About the Role
The successful candidate will provide on-site technical expertise and support to oversee the successful operations of electronics, devices, and other system-of-systems components. This includes performing research, design, develop, or test electronic components and systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the workflow and workforce, giving directions and recommendations when necessary.
- Develop strategies and plans to improve site efficiency, produce progress reports, and coordinate with other workers.
- Provide on-site passive Radio Frequency Identification (pRFID) technical expertise and support.
- Analyze and troubleshoot systems and components, including identifying and mitigating sources of interference and noise.
- Use RF engineering tools and techniques to optimize system performance.
- Provide engineering support, optimization recommendations, and troubleshooting for fielded products and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of Electronics or Electrical Engineer experience and field support.
- Understands IOT, RFID, and network engineering.
- Active Secret clearance preferred; only candidates eligible for a Secret level clearance will be considered (US Citizenship required).
