What You'll Do
- Represent our clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide support and service to our patients via telephone, fax, and mail
Your Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients and provide a high level of customer service while maintaining a satisfactory response rate according to company standards
- Retrieve voice messages from the mailbox and return patient calls within 24 hours; research inquiries if needed
- Respond to patient requests by telephone, fax, or email; review requests, provide information requested, or determine who can best provide appropriate information and route the request to the proper person
- Provide patients with their claim balance as requested
- Update patients' insurance information in the system and then re-bill to the new insurance carrier. If requested, update patients' addresses in the system
- Perform daily mailings of letters to patients and HCFA claim forms

Your Education
A High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Your Computer Skills
Prior MS Office experience, including proficiency with Excel and Word, data entry, demonstrated ability to use the appropriate data collection software, and internet software experience is required.
Your Experience
One to two years related experience is preferred.
