Overview
We are seeking a dedicated IT Bilingual Spanish / English Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our organization's users, ensuring smooth operations and resolving IT issues promptly.

Duties
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond to IT issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Set up accounts for new users and manage access control
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Test and evaluate new technology

Requirements
- Proficiency in Windows Server Desktop
- Familiarity with remedy ticketing system and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of various operating systems
- Understanding of computer networking concepts

  • Diagnóstico y Reemplazo de Componentes: Identificar componentes defectuosos como ratones, teclados, monitores y reemplazarlos.
  • Resolución de Problemas de Arranque: Asistir con problemas simples de arranque y reinicio del hardware.
  • Mantenimiento Preventivo: Realizar tareas básicas de mantenimiento como limpieza de dispositivos y asegurar que todos los componentes estén correctamente conectados.
  • Instalación y Actualización de Software: Asistir en la instalación de software y aplicaciones, así como en la aplicación de actualizaciones y parches.
  • Configuración de Software: Ayudar en la configuración básica de programas y aplicaciones para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Resolución de Errores Comunes: Solucionar errores básicos del sistema operativo y aplicaciones, como problemas de inicio de sesión, fallos en aplicaciones y errores de configuración.
  • Soporte de Usuario: Proporcionar asistencia a los usuarios en la operación básica del software, responder preguntas y solucionar problemas menores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
