Purpose: To explain the position of Inside Sales Representative - Medical
Reports To: Director of Sales – Medical
Direct Reports: N/A
Position Type and Expected Hours:
· Exempt Position
· Full Time Position
· 1st Shift: typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch break
· At times your hours and shift may become staggered, overlapping and/or extending beyond your normal schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement call frequency plan
- Develop detailed knowledge of company’s products and capabilities
- Uncover, qualify/validate and close opportunities
- Achieve annual sales plan
- Manage assigned accounts – business/sales retention, grow and develop where applicable
- Customers will be focused in Medical market
- Work collaboratively with Customer Service team to provide excellent service to customers, as appropriate
- Liaison between Customer Service team and Sales team
- Establish strong relationships with customers – Communicate critical opportunity, product and performance criteria with Director of Sales-Medical
- Support transition to Account Manager when applicable
- Responsible for researching market trends, product and performance criteria
- Maintain and update CRM System with account and opportunities activity
- Other duties as deemed by the Company
Minimum Requirements:
· Ability to speak, read and write English.
· Ability to recognize, add and subtract two digit numbers, multiply, divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurements, volume, and distance.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong proficiency in excel and hands-on experience using an integrated ERP System.
· Good writing and communication skills for internal and external correspondence
· Ability to successfully multi-task with attention to detail
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Good organization skills
· Customer Centric, consultative selling approach
· Technical Aptitude
· Must be highly motivated and exhibit perseverance in Inside Sales roll

Required Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, etc.:
· Associate or BS of Business, Engineering or Technical degree
· 2 years customer service and/or inside or outside sales experience
· 2 years in pressure sensitive adhesive and/or medical market
Travel: Minimal Travel
