Project Manager, ERP & WMS

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and supply chain management to join our team. This role will lead critical projects aimed at enhancing our supply chain and warehouse operations through optimized technology solutions.

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects related to ERP and WMS systems. This position requires a deep understanding of ERP, WMS, and supply chain processes, along with expertise in IT project management methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration, implementation, and operation of warehouse systems.

• Lead and manage IT projects related to ERP and WMS from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of ERP and WMS solutions to align with business objectives.

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and support to technical teams involved in ERP and WMS projects.
• Oversee the integration of ERP and WMS with other enterprise systems, such as TMS, eCommerce platforms, and financial systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across ERP and WMS platforms.

• Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse operations through technology and process improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ERP and WMS technologies.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and document lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

• 3 years of experience in IT project management, specifically focused on ERP and WMS systems.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from start to finish.
• Experience with ERP and WMS software such as SAP, Blue Cherry, Manhattan Associates WMS, or Oracle WMS.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and warehouse operations.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
