We are looking for a Part-Time HR Compliance Specialist who will ensure that our organization's HR practices and policies comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor legislative changes and pending industry changes, trends and best practices.
  • Develop reports to comply with various U.S. EEO requirements as well as other state and local requirements
  • Stay updated with statutory changes and have a system in place to alert when there are updates or new regulations.
  • Provide compliance advice and verify any deficiencies or gaps are updated
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are follow

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs or HR – SHRM Certification is a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of legislation and regulations
  • Knowledge of employment law in the following states – Arizona, Nevada, California, Texas
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the regulatory or compliance field. Restaurant experience is a plus
