Role Overview:
This leadership role oversees IT infrastructure operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability. The position manages servers, networking, cloud, telecommunications, disaster recovery, and security compliance, while leading a team responsible for systems administration and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Oversight: Manage servers, storage, virtualization, networks, backups, security, and disaster recovery.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop IT roadmaps, set project priorities, and manage budgets.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, SOX compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee software licensing, vendor negotiations, and service agreements.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff while optimizing IT operations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10 years in IT infrastructure with 3 years in leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Windows & Linux, Active Directory, VMWare, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and telecommunications.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, and compliance management.
This role requires hands-on expertise combined with leadership abilities to drive IT excellence.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
