Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the daily operations of the business, ensuring the well-being of trucks/campers, maintaining equipment, and supporting the overall productivity of the business. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for working outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Care for equipment, including maintenance.
- Boat operations
- Operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform equipment repairs and routine maintenance on tools and machinery.
- Supervise other workers as required to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical labor as part of daily responsibilities.
- Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and record keeping.
- Weld and repair fencing or other structures on the job as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Clean background
- Current Texas drivers license
- Ability to operate various types of machinery safely.
- Proficient in basic math for managing supplies and resources.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to job operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
