We are the finest Jamaican dining restaurant in Connecticut, and we are looking for 2 experienced Jamaican Chefs that can expertly prepare Jamaican cuisine, and artistically present it on a plate.
We are looking for 2 professional and experienced chefs who work well with other team members in the kitchen, and value harmonious work.

Primary Job Duties
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations.
- Coordinate activities of cooks or workers engaged in food preparation.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Present food in creative food displays.
- Clean Kitchen area during and after daily use.
- Plan and supervise food preparation or cooking activities of the kitchen.
- Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Experience cooking in a professional kitchen
- Experience cooking in a Jamaican kitchen
- Must have Serv Safe certification
- Experienced in Jamaican cooking cuisine
- Must be a good communicator clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills in all situations
