About The Role
We are seeking Contact Center Agents to join our team in Savage, MD. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by answering their inquiries and scheduling appointments for residential interior and exterior renovations. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience when interacting with our company. This is a fully on site opportunity (no work from home days are offered) Contact Center Agents are required to work 5 days in office weekly and a minimum of 1 weekend monthly.
Minimum Qualifications
As a Contact Center Agent, you will use your excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills to qualify leads and set appointments for our in-home sales teams while providing exceptional customer service to our customers. You will also use your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software will be necessary to document appointments and communicate with other team members. Additionally, experience in the construction industry and knowledge of scheduling software will be beneficial in this role.

- Inbound/outbound call experience
- Experience with sales

- Experience within the home improvement industry
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with scheduling software (Salesforce)
- Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team and answering incoming calls and emails from prospective customers
- Providing Customers with accurate information regarding our services and products
- Scheduling appointments for our in-home sales teams and ensuring that they are properly documented in our system
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience
