Front Desk Receptionist
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage the company's calendar efficiently
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in calendar management is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures preferred
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is advantageous
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is beneficial
