This role involves engaging with customers to address their inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate service appointments while leveraging mechanical knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding after market products with professionalism and expertise.
- Attention to Detail
- Provide guidance on motorcycle maintenance and repair options, utilizing strong mechanical knowledge.
- Collaborate with production team to relay customer concerns and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Promote sales of after market motorcycle products and services, enhancing overall customer experience.
- Assemble or solder components as needed for specific customer requests or repairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the motorcycle industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for motorcycles and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to manufacture windshields after completing the probationary period and training

Pay: $18.00 - $19.88 per hour
