Are you passionate about end-user experience and want to put your exceptional customer service skills to use in a company that values FUN?
We are looking for a client-focused and dynamic Senior Deskside Consultant for our Vancouver branch who will work both onsite at a client's location and remotely. You will contribute to the business by providing support to end users’ queries related to their software, hardware, and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should also possess the ability to oversee and mentor other deskside consultants.
\n- Assist end users with questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Monitor the performance of clients’ desktop infrastructure and device plans for improved efficiency
- Install applications and computer peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a variety of environments
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- 3 years of corporate deskside support experience
- 5 year(s) of customer service experience
- Experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a deskside support role including management tools such as Intune
- Proficiency with Admin Centers such as Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Azure AD Admin Center and SharePoint Admin Center
- Microsoft Office 2010/2013/O365
- Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Remote support
- Active Directory
- Experience leading more junior deskside consultants
- Microsoft/Cisco certifications
- ITIL Incident Management
