Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they walk into the showroom
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean up dining area after guests leave and prep for next show
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Must have an up to date Liquor license, Food handler card, Safe serve Oklahoma certificate and a valid ID
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Lightspeed or similar point of sales systems is an advantage
Note: This position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting trays of food or drinks.
