Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Coordinate and manage front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Handle Phone Calls: Effectively handle incoming phone calls, screening, and routing them to the correct individual or department.
- Develop Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, assisting with invoice reconciliation and processing.
- Assist with Events: Assist with organizing and executing company events, promoting teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues.
- Support Onboarding: Organize and file employee onboarding documentation, prepare new hire packets, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Manage Company Calendar: Oversee and update the company calendar, ensuring accurate recording and communication of key dates and events.
- Maintain Shared Spaces: Ensure shared spaces and work areas are well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked with essential supplies.
