Law firm is seeking an experienced office manager/legal assistant to provide daily office management and administrative support under the direction and supervision of the firm’s attorneys. Responsibilities will include bookkeeping, billing, assisting clients, answering and directing phone calls, preparing letters and other documents, maintaining files, and monitoring calendars and deadlines. Desired qualifications include prior law office or other professional office experience; proficiency with QuickBooks, Timeslips, and Microsoft Office programs; and strong organizational and communication skills. Prior real estate and legal experience is preferred but not required. Salary will be based on education, experience, and qualifications.
