Loretta Lynn’s Ranch has an opening for a customer service oriented, dependable individual with reliable transportation.
This position is a store clerk in our gift shops and tour guide. The right candidate will be tasked with greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner that represents the Ranch and Loretta herself. Your primary role will be facilitating information for guests while also selling various products offered in the shop. These products are generally themed around Loretta Lynn so it is helpful to learn a little about her life and legacy. Each store clerk will be required to read and learn the tour script, as it is packed with information about Loretta and the property. This position will require you to learn the tour script and do guided tours on occasion.
The right candidate must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and some holidays. Hours will vary based on event calendar and range from 9am until 5pm. Workload will vary according to our event calendar. This position also entails light cleaning work around the store and other various duties required by management. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and friendly experience for Loretta’s guests as they visit the Ranch.
