What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Office Assistant position at Lorien at Home?
As an HR Office Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support staffing, payroll and billing functions of the agency in accordance with federal, state and local regulations that govern Lorien at Home.

Primary Responsibilities
· Work collaboratively with staffing coordinator and assist as needed and cover scheduling Sunday & Mondays
· Schedule and attend all required meetings
· Help complete billing and maintain accounts receivables
· Help complete payroll
· Answer phone and take messages and get to the appropriate team member
· Perform additional duties as assigned
· Place calls to patients who discharged from all facilities (POP/Nexus)
· Cover on-call MOD week nights & weekends rotation split between all staff members on team
· Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Conduct and appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
Required Training/ Experience/ Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Basic computer skills to include but not limited to email and use of Microsoft software
