Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Human Resources Manager or designee, plans and directs the development and implementation of staff development programs aimed at improving individual and organizational performance. Provides project management expertise to Human Resources programs. Manages enterprise initiatives and special projects related to performance management, operational excellence, skill development operations, and other organizational issues. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Four years in some combination of training and development that includes at least two years of experience with an enterprise Learning Management System.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Public or Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or closely related field
- Public Sector Human Resources experience.
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD from ATD) or other training related certifications.
- MBTI certified or other related certification in personality assessments.
