Education, Experience, and Training:
Valid Administrative Services Credential required and Master's degree (preferred) with specific training in personnel management, administration of public education, and labor relations. Human Resources certification desired. Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in an educational and/or public sector human resources setting required. A minimum of three years in a school district or personnel related supervisory or management position.
