Job Overview
We are seeking a part-time Staff Member to join our office with great customer service and people skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dependable, professional, and ready to provide our community with excellent customer service. The main responsibility is to staff the front and interact with anyone who contacts, emails or visits the office including owners, renters and visitors. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional customer support. This role may involve front desk duties, calendar management, and various clerical tasks.
This position will pay $20 per hour and with the expectation to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Staff the front office of the Resort and in a pleasant and courteous manner, resolving issues, communicating policies and answering questions as needed.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and accurately transfer information to responsible people as needed
- Reviewing, responding, and forwarding email
- Processing forms, filing and data entry
- Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintains resorts security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor pass’s
- Maintain, clean and organize the office
Skills:
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience – must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and customer service skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to execute directions accurately and with speed
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter as well as a team player
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality
