Lotus Concepts Management is a dynamic company that operates some of Colorado’s most exciting hospitality venues, including restaurants like ViewHouse, My Neighbor Felix, and Wonderyard, and we are so excited to announce our newest concept opening soon - Belles & Boots! We are looking for Hosts to join our teams at Viewhouse Ballpark and Belles & Boots! If you are looking to join a fun and dynamic team in a lively restaurant and bar environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Hourly pay: $18.81/hr

Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Previous experience in a host role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, embodying the welcoming atmosphere. Foster positive guest relationships by anticipating needs, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries with a commitment to the brand.

Reservation Management: Effectively manage reservations, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and optimizing guest flow for both regular and special events.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.

Guest Assistance: Extend assistance and information to guests, helping them navigate the guests experience and handling any guest concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
