Our client, a growing private wealth management company, is seeking an Office Administrator for the Wilton, CT office.
Salary: $60-65K plus benefits
Responsibilities:
Document Management
- Scan, organize and maintain electronic and physical client files in accordance with company protocols.
- Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
Client Communication
- Send out and track client agreements, ensuring timely completion and follow-up as needed.
- Coordinate the delivery of completed tax returns to clients via mail, email or in-person pick up.
Tax Return Processing
- Transmit tax returns to the IRS and state agencies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Confirm successful filing with clients and address any follow up questions.
Office Support
- Assist with general office tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling mail.
- Maintain an organized and professional workspace.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
