As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services to customers while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately process transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and making change as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and trash areas.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills in other departments, such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Able to lift 25 pounds and work in various temperatures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
